Major Job & Responsibility:
* Planning and implementing Push Sales National Program
* Responsible to provide Network Planning data
* Responsible to communicate national and regional sales programs mechanism
* Responsible to provide regional selling forecast per product, per area and channel
* Acting as a bridge between Regional, Area, and Head Quarter for every sales programs
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
* Having a minimum 3 years experience in Sales Operation or Sales Development
* Having good understanding about segment characteristic in cellular retail trade
* Having good knowledge in telecommunication business
* Having detail knowledge about Direct Sales (Retail Sales) and Indirect Sales
* Strong analytical thinking
* Innovative and creative
* Customer service orientation
* Good communication & influencing skill
* Excellent in English
* Advance in Ms. Excel
