Job Description :

Requirements :

· S1 Degree in any discipline from recognized university
· 7-9 years experience as purchasing manager in large organization
· Preferable those has experience in property/construction related industry
· Familiar with the strategic and procurement methodology
· Conversant in English, both written and verbal


Senior Procurement Specialist – Facility Management

Job Description :
Provide effective purchasing activity for facility management unit, vendor management; ensure consistency and standard of contract

Requirements :
· Male/Female, age 28-38 years
· S1 Degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering from recognized university
· 5-7 years experience as purchasing manager in large organization
· Preferable those has experience in property/construction related industry
· Familiar with the strategic and procurement methodology
· Conversant in English, both written and verbal

Assistant Project Manager
( application code : CREM – APMg – Mils )

Job Description :
Provide on-site project management, supervise project/bank expansion, coordinate contractors, ensuring project delivery as per agreed design and specification

Requirements :
· Male/Female, age 23-35 years
· S1 Degree in architectural/civil engineering discipline from recognized university
· 3-4 years experience as project supervisor/project manager
· Preferable those has experience in property/construction related industry
· Conversant in English, both written and verbal
· Knowledge in ms office, AutoCAD, scheduling software is an advantage

Senior Facility Manager – Regional
(application code : CREM – SFMR – Mils)

Job description :
Coordinate facility management aspects of regional properties, regional property management, regional service desks

Requirements :
· Male/Female, age 30-42 years
· S1 Degree in architectural/civil/mechanical electrical engineering discipline from recognized university
· 6-8 years experience as building manager/property manager/facility managers
· Able to lead large number of team
· Conversant in English, both written and verbal

Senior Design Manager
(application code : CREM – SDgM – Mils)

Job description :
Lead team of designers, establish and maintain standard design, coordinate user requirement and translate into design, produce design/drawings/ bill of quantity and specification for tender package and for construction

Requirements :
· Male/Female, age 30-42 years
· S1 Degree in architectural engineering discipline from recognized university
· 6-8 years experience as architect designer/senior designer in corporate environment
· Able to lead small strategic team
· Conversant in English, both written and verbal
· Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, presentation.
