a.. Bachelor in MIS or Computer Related
b.. 3 years in managing team, strong in Development Life Cycle, PMP
c.. Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT related from reputable universities.
d.. Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience as Project Manager/IT Management
e.. Must also possess a demonstrated ability to effectively lead the teams
f.. Must have excellent management and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate (verbal and written in Bahasa and English) with a wide range of people, and an ability to collaborate with outside vendors and internal staff.
g.. Has good understanding and experience in project management knowledge areas: scope management, time management, cost management, resource management, and risk management
h.. Must be knowledgeable about current technology issues and be able to think strategically.
i.. Candidates for this position should possess a demonstrated professional attitude and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
