1. Officer Sales Cards Product
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

* To manage Jakarta casual leasing team and location to secure annual target given by Bank as well as to monitor competitor movements which is influence team or Direct Sales Agency performance
* To manage cost and budget which deliver to the Direct Sales Agency channel as well as to Third Party Sales Agency

Requirements:

* Possess minimum a Bachelor degree from local / overseas university majoring in any related discipline
* Possess at least 1 year total experience in cards / sales product
* Having good relation and network with many exhibition EOs, malls, building management will be an advantage
* Must have strong motivation and good presentation skill
* Must have high competence in managing large team and high involvement in team work
* Background in marketing / sales in banking product will be a plus point
* Proficient in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required

2. Junior Credit Analyst (Code: JCA-CCR)

Responsibilities:

* The jobholder is responsible to analyze credit card and personal loan applications and perform documents checking to ensure efficient, quick, consistent and accurate credit process of card and personal loan applications

Requirements:

* Possess a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university with outstanding achievements (minimum GPA 2.75)
* Preferably has relevant experience in card or personal loan application process
* Strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
* Fast learner, interest to work with detail and administrative job

3. Phone Banking Staff (Code:PBS)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

* The jobholder is responsible to receive incoming calls related to inquiries, requests, complaints and banking transactions according to KPI standard performance as well as to provide productive, accurate and efficient service by making sounds decision upon requests or transactions defined within his/her authority
* The jobholder also needs to be able to grab sales opportunity by providing the complete information on Banking Products for cross-selling or potential customer promptly and professionally

Requirements:

* Possess a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Has 1 year similar experience in a call centre or phone banking area is preferred
* Good familiarity with banking related transactions process
* Proficient in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* High level of personal integrity with customer service orientation
* Able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner and under relevant business instruction manuals and procedures
* Fast learner with creative thinking and proactive approach

4. Staff Credit Operations

Responsibilities:

* The Job Holder is responsible to support Corporate Banking team in preparing credit agreements and maintaining securities documents

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university with outstanding achievements (minimum GPA 2,75)

* Preferably possesses at least 1 year experience Credit Operation and other related functions

9. Officer Portfolio Analytics-Product Development (Code: OPA-PLB) (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

* The jobholder is responsible to develop and monitor customer insight, predictive models for product cross selling, behavior analysis for specific product(s) and customer segment within Personal Banking business in order to optimize profitability

Requirements:

* Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
* Has minimum 2 years relevant experience in Financial / Banking Institution
* Possess General Banking & Wealth Management knowledge
* Possess strong analytical skills, and familiarity with statistical methods to analyze data

Responsibilities:

* For Customer Service, the incumbent will be responsible to serve and assist customers in most efficient and professional way
* For Tellers, the incumbent will be responsible to do the daily balancing on physical money and transaction voucher against our internal system, be vigilant of any suspected fraud or fake notes, adhere with banking procedures and audit recommendation
