Maersk International Human Resources Program (MIHR)
This is a new entry level program for building a pipeline of high caliber HR functional leaders and professionals. This 2-year program offers you a unique personal growth experience - taking you through on-the-job trainings in three consecutive 8-month rotations in three different HR related positions where you will get to work with experienced colleagues to seek and understand the operations and strategies of HR in a global environment. You will also get the opportunity five times a year to meet up with your fellow MIHR colleagues from across the globe in a 2 weeks intense research training module. Here you will meet the many and diverse perspectives of HR in order to further develop and scope your knowledge of your professional field and strengthen your ability to qualify and evaluate HR knowledge. Minimum Entry Requirements:
• Graduated with a Masters Degree in Business, Humanities or Arts & Social Science or
• Bachelors Degree in any field with maximum 4 years of working experience
