Position Synopsis
Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will be responsible for administer Pearl Project compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies enable employee to receive the appropriate compensation and benefit. You also will be responsible for analysing compensation survey and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets; analyse compensation and benefit policies and prepare report and advise to HR Superintendent and HR Manager for making important decision; administer and maintain salary range and grading system.

Skills & Experience
Your solid experience with compensation and benefit exposure in multinational company is essential. Good knowledge of salary survey is important. Understanding the concepts of salary range and grading system is a must. Able to develop, review and implement various Compensation & Benefit matters.
This is a Jakarta-based position.
