Responsibilities:
* This position is responsible for the main areas as providing over-all assistance to Regional Sales Manager in tracking, controlling, auditing and evaluating account promotion activities in daily basis
* Monitoring spending and activities claims and take necessary action to follow up unclear matter and problems to distributor and supplier
* Prepare day to day trade spending marketing documents, verify its accuracy and complianceness to company procedures and regulation
* Prepare material data reporting of Regional Sales Manager by collect, compile, verify, upload to the system, and represent the whole reporting format in Excell and Power Point
Requirement :
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Computer
* Minimum 1 year of working experience in handling administrative task or data entry
* Required language(s): English
* Computer skill is a must (Word, Excell, Power Point)
* Familiar in using programming system would be an advantage
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
