· Preparation of master list in co-ordination with concern department.
· Liaisoning with Government department for master list.
· Filing application for import duty exemption.
· Coordination with government authority for duty exemption.
· Co-ordination & liaising with contractors, BKPM, Port authorities, CHA, ship agents etc.
· Updated knowledge of local export/import, laws and procedures, tariffs, licenses etc.
2. HR MANAGER (HRM)
Required Profile:
· Male/Female with minimum 30 years of age.
· Bachelor Degree from all major (Psychology and Management are preferable).
· Having 3+years experience in handling Human Resources field such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training, General Affair, Personnel and Compensation and Benefit with at least 2 years in managerial level (preferably from mining and energy company).
· Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking.
· Willing to travel.
· Familiar with balanced Scorecard and Compensation Programs.
· Up to date on Human Resources laws and Regulations.

Task And Responsibilities:
· Ensure that compensation programs support business objectives and stockholder interests.
· Develop criteria for evaluation and reward of individual, team and organizational performance.
· Examining tax and regulatory compliance.
· Develop a total compensation strategy and a design "blue print".
3. Driver
Required Profile:
· Male, age minimum 25 years.
· The last of at least senior secondary education (graduate).
· A minimum of 3 years work experience as a driver.
· Have a good knowledge of the Jakarta road system.
· Good communication skills in English and Indonesian (mainly oral).
· Hold a A1 Indonesian Driving License.
· This job can be physically demanding so the applicant should be in good health.
