Job Vacancy - Secretary

We are a private company which located at South Jakarta. Now we need a young, energetic and professional people to work together with us as : SECRETARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company : · Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence · Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference telephone calls · Make preparations for corporate meetings · Respond to inquiries · Provide word-processing and secretarial support · Type confidential documents on a word-processing system 2. Perform other related duties as required REQUIREMENTS 1. Experience a. Have experience as secretary for 4 - 5 years (not senior ones). b. Preferably who has experiemce to work with expatriate. 2. Female 3. Knowledge The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: a. Office administration b. Have good understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures 4. Skills The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills: a. Excellent in English, both verbal & writing b. Team Building c. Bookkeeping skills d. Effective verbal and listening communications skills e. Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level f. Time management skills 5. Personal Attributes The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes: a. Be honest and trustworthy b. Be respectful c. Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity d. Be flexible e.
