Musim Mas Group - Musim Mas is one of Indonesia’s most dynamic groups, with a diversified portfolio of products and assets. Its activities are centered on its core business of palm cultivation and palm oil processing. It is a market leader in the manufacturing of palm oil, soap, margarine and owns ships, tankers, a grain terminal and bulk tank terminals. We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Assisting in establishing a requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders
• Allocating work to subcontractors
• Providing advice on contractual claims

QUALIFICATION:

• Male, Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree of architectural or civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences as quantity surveyor
• Good computer literate and its related software
• Willing to work in medan, North Sumatera
