Customer Care or Students Advisor
Qualifications:
* Fresh Graduate20-28 years old
* Male
* Able to work as Shift Time (12.00-21.00)

* Excellent interpersonal Attitude

Student Advisors (SA s) provide service and support to clients (learners and sponsors),
assist in managing activities with clients and represent the school at promotional events.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT
1. Prepare Progress and Level Tests, student certificates andlearner surveys.
2. Prepare and distribute academic materials, class attendance registers.
3. Assist in monitoring and checking academic data base
4. Assist in monitoring and promoting open-enrollment classes

FINANCE SUPPORT
1. Assist in monitoring and checking student payments.

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
1. Prepare and check accuracy of a range of management documents weekly and monthly).
2. Assist in the management and procurement of TBI resources
3. Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Student Resource Center .
