User System & Procedure Staff (Code : SPC-System)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

* Responsible to analyze user requirements to develop new system, make and complete ARF (Application Request Form), arrange scenario for SIT (System Internal Test) and UAT (User Acceptance Test) plan, analyze the problems occurred in system.


* Have a wide networking, capable in demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrate a sound analytical ability.
* Degree in Information Technology
* Know programming algorithm and able to make flowchart

HRIS Manager (Code : HRIS)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

* Hold Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* At least 1-2 full cycle end-to-end implementations in HRMS project preferable from banking industry
* Expert in database program i.e Oracle, SQL Server, Access, etc
* Have extensive knowledge and min. 5 years experience of HR Information System preferable web based system
* Strong knowledge in all HR workflow / process including strategic HR, compensation & benefit, recruitment, learning & development, personnel administration & performance management
* Able to provide professional support to entire HR member & other parties in data analysis, accuracy, validity & reporting
* Experience in a multinational environment is desired
* Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.

Industrial Relation Staff (Code : HRS-IR)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)


* Handle all the administration of expatriates and make report to Central Bank/ Labor Department


* Age between 25-30 years old
* Bachelor degree of Business Management / Social Science
* Experience in handling issues of industrial relation
* Able to operate computer (MS Office)
* Good communication skill and able to work in a team
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
