Sales Manager & Project Management-GE Lightin

We are a Leading Multinational Lighting Company in Indonesia inviting high caliber professionals to join us for following positions :


Accountabilities :

* Develop & Grow Lighting business in Commercial Building Project
* Responsible on new account/ channel management in the Distribution Sales
* Maintain good relationship with all the distributors/consultants/ endusers/ contractors
* Exceed sales and revenue goals and achieve assigned objectives.
* Assist Product Manager & Marketing on promotion/ marketing activities
* Conduct Product Training for Customer (Lighting Designers, Consultants, Dealers, End Users, Contractors) and gather competitive information
* Improve GE brand recognition in the market place

Requirements :

* Any Bachelor degree
* At least 3 years working in sales or commercial
* Strong contact with lighting designers, consultants, end user, authority & channel partners
* Added advantage if you are in the Electrical or Lighting Products Industry
* Commercial experience; Demonstrated customer relationships and marketing/sales leadership.
* Creative self-starter & Energize
* Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill


Accountabilities :

Inquiry to Order process:

* Reviewing all aspects of tender document (Technical and Commercial)
* Developing a pre-engineering documentation for factory to have better understanding on the project BOM
* Reviewing customer specification to provide the highlighted issues for factory reference and provide any deviations/exceptions
* Preparing all related quotation documents i.e. Quotation Letter, Price Schedule, Technical Data Sheets, List of Deviations / Exceptions, List of Components, Brochures, etc.
* Clarification with client in respect to detail technical specification, drawings and other related tender documents

Order to Remittent process:

* Preparing of actual list of purchased equipment to GE Main distribution center in the region
* Technical clarification with Client/End User for factory reference to manufacture or preparing approval drawings
* Expediting approval drawings for customer approval
* Expediting factory lead time in coordination with MDC
* Generating project time schedule, progress report and necessary documentations require by the customer
* Arrange the site supervision for erection and commissioning and training program for customer
* Handling customer complaints thru our customer service team

Requirements :

* Electrical Engineer from a reputable University
* Have at least 5 years experience on project management tasks of electrical distribution projects (Commercial,Industrial and Utility market)
* Have a solid background and knowledge on electrical equipment i.e. MV/LV Switchgear and MCC, Transformer, and Busduct/Busway both of IEC and ANSI/NEMA standards
* Have a strong basic on both IEC and ANSI/NEMA standards
* Willing to travel as requires by project to the job site or customer premises
* Good command in English both written and spoken
