Our Client, is searching for highly qualified and experienced candidates for the position of General Services & Industrial.

Relations Manager ( GS & IR Manager )
With the following key accountabilities expected:
* Direct a variety of human resource-related programmes to ensure that the organization’s current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization’s human resource strategy
* Provides professional advice, recommendation and support to HR Director in developing policies and procedures, manpower management and other HR related issues
* Responsible in preparation and negotiation of Collective Labor Agreement with the Labor Union.
* Adheres to the company's policies, rules & regulations and systems & procedures
* Provides counsels to the Managers and Supervisors on Industrial Relations and related matters
* Act as Company Liaison Officer towards internal & external labor unions, department of manpower & transmigration and other industrial relations related external stakeholders
* Coordinates the handling of all Industrial Relations related matters, including employees' feedbacks, employees' grievances, employees' disciplinary actions, employees' terminations as well as labor-relation matters
* Develop, maintain and improve Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support company’s human resources strategies with the complete, updated and easy to find employees data
* Control General Affairs matters.
* Responsible for internal control assessment of his / her department
A bachelor degree or above in Management /
Psychology / Social Science or any related field

Age Preference: max 36 years old

Experience & knowledge:
Minimum 3-4 years of related experience in Supervisory level, or 1-2 years in Management level
