VARIOUS VACANCY IN MEDICAL CENTER

A well established and reputable Medical Center in Singapore (Public Listed Company) has recently signed a Joint Venture Agreement with the Local Partner to open a Medical Center with prime location at the center of Jakarta. They are looking for qualified candidates to fill in various positions with the following qualifications:

1. A. Medical Director(CODE : MD)

- Male / Female, 40 – 45 years of age
- Required to be a Medical Doctor, with at least 7 years of Professional Experience.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Responsible for the entire clinical team
- Must have exceptional research and writing skills
- Must constantly seek out new procedures to assist facility in running as efficiently as possible
- Must ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, liaising with other department heads to ensure the organization’s objectives are met facility-wide
- Must create and implement a best practice program, maintaining a consistent level of quality of care offered to patients

B. Specialist Doctor (CODE SD)

- Male / Female,
- Minimum ‘S2’ Specialist Doctor
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Specialist Doctor in any discipline
- English proficiency - verbally and in writing
- Willing to use his/her ‘STR/Surat Tanda Registrasi’ & Certificate

C. General Practitioner (CODE: GP)

- Male / Female, minimum 30 years of age
- Minimum ‘S1’ Medical Doctor or ‘S2’ Specialist
- Minimum 3 year experience as a GP, preferably ‘Medical Check Up’ Doctor
- Possesses a certificate of ‘HIPERKES’
- English proficiency - verbally and in writing


2. A. HRD & General Affairs Manager(CODE: HRD & GA MGR)

- Male / Female, maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum ‘S 1’ for Human Resources and / or Psychology; Preferably with continued study in Law for ‘S 2’ degree.
- Possesses a wide range of networking
- Minimal 5 years working experience as an HRD & GA Manager; Preferably in health industry such as in medical centre or hospital
- Has strong leadership character
- Good social skills
- Pleasant personality & character
- English proficiency - verbally and in writing
- Be competent in the existing manpower law
- Has the counseling and training skills
- Problem solving skills and can maintain a fairness atmosphere
- Can work under pressure


3. A. Marketing Manager(CODE: MM)

- Male / Female, maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum ‘S 1’ in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the Marketing field; Preferably in health industry
- Possesses a wide range of networking
- Strong interpersonal, social and presentation skills
- Excellent marketing communication and negotiation skills
- Drive the performance of sales marketing team
- Manage sales and product management team
- Lead, develop and strengthen market leadership of our Medical Center in Indonesia
- Maximize marketing opportunity for our Medical Center awareness campaign, public relations, media relations and community event activities
- Highly motivated and strong leadership
- English proficiency – verbally and in writing
- Pleasant personality & representative
- Target oriented and can work under pressure


B. MARKETING STAFF (CODE: MS)

- Male / Female, maximum 35 years of age
- Minimum ‘S1’ in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the Marketing field; preferably in health industry
- Strong interpersonal, social and presentation skills
- Excellent marketing communication and negotiation skills
- English proficiency – verbally and in writing
- Pleasant personality & representative
- Target oriented and can work under pressure

4. Operational Manager (CODE: OM)

- Male / Female, maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum ‘S 1’ for Management; Preferably with ‘MARS’ degree; Being a General Practitioner is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience related with hospitals / clinics / medical center
- Service Excellence oriented
- Be able to cope with operational issues / matters
- Pleasant personality & character
- Very disciplined & well managed
- Has strong leadership character
- Broad minded
- Good communication and social skills
- English proficiency – verbally and in writing
- Can work under pressure


5. A. Head Nurse(CODE: HN)

- Male / Female, maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum ‘S 1’ Nursing School
- Having a Nursing License
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the Nursing field
- Has strong leadership character
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness in particular
- Patient but firm personality
- Pleasant personality, character and representative
- Service Excellence oriented
- English proficiency – verbally and in writing
- Innovative & creative
- Create and maintain strong teamwork
