Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations
• Supervise, manage, and trained accounting staff
• Monitor and maintain system integrity through daily checks
• Produce accurate financial reports for Management on monthly basis
• Perform detailed analysis of specific accounts; assist in the preparation of report documentation for Management
• Prepare all necessary annual financial statements
• Liaise with outside auditors to ensure a timely and effective audit is performed on financial statements
• Ensure all necessary financial information is given to Tax Department for a correct payment of taxes, Corporate Income tax and Deferred Tax Calculation, VAT and income Tax monthly report
• Prepare for Annual Tax Report
• Liaise with Sales to ensure timely invoicing
• Review all journal transactions and make necessary adjustments when appropriate
• Monitor validity of bank guaranties and ensure timely return of expired guaranties
• Coordinate with the Branch office to ensure timely submission of all branch office related financial transactions
• Quality check of all financial documents, reports, analysis before given to Management
• Having comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian Tax Regulation
